What is OnFlip
OnFlip is a SaaS platform supporting house flipping project management in Portugal. It provides tools (calculators, CRM, contract templates, works management) but does NOT replace qualified legal, tax or financial advice.
Subscription and payment
Service is offered in monthly or annual plans. Trial is 14 days, no card required. After trial, payment is auto-billed until cancellation. Cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period — no prorated refunds.
Contract templates
Contract templates (CPCV, construction, mediation, etc.) are BASE TEMPLATES. For significant business, we always recommend lawyer/solicitor review. OnFlip assumes no liability for the legal validity of contracts generated without professional review.
Availability
We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but do not guarantee SLA uptime. For planned maintenance, we notify 24h in advance.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Competent court: Lisbon District Court.
