Data we collect

For OnFlip to work, we collect: email and name (on signup), real estate project data you voluntarily input, and technical metadata (IP, browser) for security auditing.

Where data is stored

All data is stored in the European Union (Supabase, Frankfurt). Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1) — we never see or store card data.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, export and delete your data at any time. Export everything (ZIP) in Settings → Export. To delete your account, email suporte@onflip.pt.

Cookies

We only use essential cookies (session, auth). No tracking, advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
